Policyholders submit claims through WhatsApp — no app download, no new system, no training required. AI extracts and structures every submission, runs it through nine proprietary fraud signals including NIN verification via the NIMC Act 2026, and delivers a structured adjudication recommendation to your claims team. Your licensed adjudicator reviews the evidence and makes every decision. Every step is logged for NAICOM audit compliance.
